Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Northcote

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

Being part Lot 12, D.P. 7048, being part Okoheriki No. lH, North Block, and being part of the land described in Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 125 of the 12th December, 1940, at page 3684, and registered under No. 10533. Situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34192.)

A PROCLAMATION
B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.-SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Wallace' County, containing by admeasurement 35 acres 0 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Section 18, Block III, and Section 11, Block IV, Lillburn Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 200/14, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Southland plan S.O. 5814.)
Also all that area in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing by admeasurement 18 acres 1 rood 23·7 perches, more or less, being Section 34, Block XIII, and Section 39, Block XXI, Jacobs River Hundred. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 210/28, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Southland plan S.O. 5824.)

ALL that area in the Hawkes Bay Land District, Hawkes Bay County, containing by admeasurement 3,016 acres, more or less, and being S.G.R. 104, situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Maungaharuru Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 65/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
