PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a special school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 4 acres 3 roods 9·1 perches.
Being Lot 17, D.P. 6678, being portion of Allotments 46 and 242A, Parish of Waikomiti, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 194, folio 95 (Auckland Land Registry).
