DURATION OF LICENCE
Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue
in force until the 31st day of March, 1970, or until electrical energy
is available from an Electric-power Board or other general public
source of supply, whichever is the earlier. -
CHARGE ON SCALE
The charge for the sale of electrical energy shall not exceed
1s. 3½d. per unit for all purposes, or such other charge as may
from time to time be approved by the Price Tribunal.
Payment shall not be demanded from any consumer at intervals
of less than twenty-one days apart.
SCHEDULE
LINES adapted for the distribution of electrical energy by the system
of supply hereinbefore described within Lot 233 on D.P. No. 7674,
Blocks V and VI, Kawau Survey District, on Kawau Island in the
Hauraki Gulf, the electric lines at present proposed to be erected
and used being shown by means of red lines and broken black lines
on the plan marked S.H.D. 76, deposited in the office of the Minister
in Charge of the State Hydro-electric Department.

October, 1949

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council and with the consent of the licensee named
therein doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the second
day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and
published in the Gazette on the fifth day of the same month at
page 2414, authorizing Golden Sands, Limited, to use water for the
purpose of generating electricity.

October, 1949

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section thirty-one of the Municipal Corporations
Amendment Act, 1948, and section one hundred and twenty-
five of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize
the Mount Roskill Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the
proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part
of its length of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet,
subject to the conditions that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on Lot 2, D.P. 35859, being part of the land
shown edged green on the plan referred to in the said Schedule,
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said street and on the balance of the land shown edged green on the
said plan within a distance of fifty-eight feet from the centre-line
of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough
of Mount Roskill, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 28·8 perches,
more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 11681, being portion Allotment 10,
Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 130015, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize
the Palmerston North City Council to permit the laying-off of the
proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for a
part of its length of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty
feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on Lots 6 to 16 inclusive and Lots 18
to 29 inclusive of a subdivision of the land fronting the said street
(as shown on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto) within a
distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street,
or on Lots 2 and 3 of the said subdivision within a distance of
thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of
Palmerston North, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 21·24
perches, more or less, being part Lot 13 on Deposited Plan 254, and
being part Sections 285 and 286, Township of Palmerston North.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 130108, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
