A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section twenty-nine of the Public Works
Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard
Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly

office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 7th day of October, 1949.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General
Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for
road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods
30 perches.

Being part Old Bed Manawatu River.

Situated in Block V, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S.O. 21761.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128694, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the seventeenth day of October, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood
31 perches.

Being land below mean high-water mark, Kopurererua Stream.

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
1 rood.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 31162, situated in the Borough of Henderson,
being portion of Allotment 90, Parish of Waikomiti, Block 11,
Titirangi Survey District, and being part of the land comprised
and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 795, folio 80
(Auckland Land Registry).
