A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty
of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir
Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-nine.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-five of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for gasworks purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
