HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section one hundred and forty-nine of the Public
Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby consent to the Raglan
County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto.

hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become Government road.

The Grey Milk District Constitution Order 1949

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
August, 1949

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by
the Milk Act, 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
doth hereby order and declare as follows:—

1. This order may be cited as the Grey Milk District Constitution
   Order 1949.

2. The Borough of Greymouth is hereby constituted and declared
   a milk district under the Milk Act, 1944, as from the first day of
   September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, with the
   name of the “Grey Milk District.”

3. The Greymouth Borough Council shall be the Milk Authority
   of the said milk district.

The Tauranga Milk District Constitution Order 1946, Amendment
No. 1

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
August, 1949

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS by the Tauranga Milk District Constitution Order
1946,* the Borough of Tauranga was constituted and
declared a milk district under the Milk Act, 1944, with the name
of the “Tauranga Milk District”:

And whereas by Order in Council made under the Local Government Commission Act, 1946, dated the twenty-ninth day of June,
one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, and published in the
Gazette of the thirtieth day of the same month at page 1425, the
boundaries of the said borough were altered by the inclusion therein
of the area described in the Schedule to the said Order in Council,
and it was declared that the alteration should be deemed to have
been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
conferred on him by the Milk Act, 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, doth hereby order and declare as follows:—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Tauranga Milk District
   Constitution Order, 1946, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read
   together with and deemed part of the Tauranga Milk District
   Constitution Order, 1946.*

(2) This Order shall come into force on the first day of September
one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

2. The boundaries of the Tauranga Milk District are hereby
   altered by the inclusion therein of the area included in the Borough
   of Tauranga by the Order in Council hereinbefore recited.
