A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 1·45 perches.

Situated in the Town of Mahina Bay, being part Lot 5 on Deposited Plan 7015, being part Section 31, Harbour District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 381, folio 185 (Wellington Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
