Borough of Putaruru

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
Putaruru–Upper Atiamuri Railway; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of
July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres 3 roods
24 perches.

Being part Mangakaretu No. 1 Block, and being part of land on
D.P. 3461 (Borough of Putaruru).

Situated in Block X, Patetere North Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 33738.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128444, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
health purposes (district nurse’s cottage); and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh
day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 21 perches.
Being Section 15 of Block IV, Village of Waiomio.

Situated in the Kawakawa Survey District and being the whole
of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume
19, folio 40 (Auckland Land Registry).

subject to the Land Act, 1948.
