Corrigendum
IN the New Zealand Gazette, No. 30, dated 19th May, 1949, on page 1204, under the heading “Decisions of the Bureau of Industry Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936,” notice was given of a decision having been made, granting W. J. O’Brien, Woodland Road, Ngaio, a licence to resell motor-spirit from a proposed service station and garage at the corner of Kenya Street and Crofton Road, Ngaio. The proposed address is hereby amended to read, Ottawa Road, Ngaio.

Leasehold Estates in Land in the Borough of Motueka Taken for a Secondary School

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Bruce Herbert McGlashen, of Motueka, Farmer, under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 2199 (Leasehold Certificate of Title, Volume 76, folio 63, Nelson Land Registry), and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by the said Bruce Herbert McGlashen under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 2640 (Leasehold Certificate of Title, Volume 88, folio 50, Nelson Land Registry), are hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also, declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land in respect of which the leasehold estates are taken:—

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128367, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of June, 1949.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I do also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the easement created by Deed of Conveyance No. 2415 (Auckland Registry) for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6·8 perches. Being part of the land on D.P. 734A, being part Allotment 13, Section 30, City of Auckland; coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken together with the benefit of the easement: 16·25 perches. Being part Allotment 13, Section 30, City of Auckland; coloured blue.
All situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35213.)
In the North Auckland Land District: as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128053, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1949.
