Crown Land Set Apart for Better Utilization in Block II, Belmont Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:—

Situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21495.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126063, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of June, 1949.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 30·84 perches.

Being Lots 7 and 19, Deposited Plan 4960, being part Lot 43, Township of Aramoho, and part Section 26, Right Bank Wanganui River, and being also part of the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 158, folio 42 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of June, 1949.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Post-office in the Borough of Morrinsville

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way, with the right for His Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right-of-way for the purpose of providing access to the said post-office, such right-of-way to be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of a post-office, is hereby set apart for a main highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods 15 perches.

Being Section 92, originally part of Section 21, Block IX, Waoku Survey District. (S.O. 21017.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 49974, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 50 of the eleventh day of the same month, at page 1822 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 7275, defining the middle-line of a road in Blocks III, IV, and VII, Waiwera Survey District (Auckland-Maungaturoto Main Highway, Waiwera-Silverdale Section), in so far as it affects Lot 8, D.P. 29547 (Town of Orewa Extension No. 26), being portion of Allotment 23 of the Parish of Waiwera, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 816, folio 49 (Auckland Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of June, 1949.
