Additional Land at Ngaruawahia Taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 33·65 perches.
Being portion of street.
Situated in Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, Borough of Ngaruawahia. (S.O. 30586.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6014, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of June, 1949.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Government Railways Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

Being Part Section 7, Block XXI, Waihola Survey District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 9874, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 36·32 perches.
Being part Railway land in Proclamation 1033, and being part Town Section 90, Westshore, Western Spit, Napier.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surfaceman’s cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 acres 1 rood 6·4 perches.
Being formerly stopped Government road adjoining or passing through part Otoroa No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block IX, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S.O. 21717.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127712, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of June, 1949.
