Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required
for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act,
1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
1 rood.
Being part of Lot 22, Deeds Plan 243, being part of Section 18,
Masterton Small Farm Settlement.
Situated in the Borough of Masterton, and being the whole of
the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 346,
flio 250, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of June, 1949.

1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
30·3 perches.
Being Lot 15 on S.O. Plan 21760, being portion of Section 15,
Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve.
Situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough
of Marton.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129095, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1949.

1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land
subject to the Land Act, 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared
to be Crown land : 3 acres 1 rood 6·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Otoroa No. 2 Block.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127712, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the
surface, together with the subsoil above a plane twenty feet below
and approximately parallel to the surface as referred to in Proclama-
tion 1929 of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to
be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

Survey District, Franklin County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board
of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned ;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-nine.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 1 acre
1 rood 5·6 perches.
Being part of Allotment 9, Parish of Pukekohe.
Situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129040, deposited
