Land Taken for a Worker’s Dwelling in Block III, Wairoa Survey District, Manukau County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a worker’s dwelling, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 34 perches.
Being part Allotment 37, Maraetai Parish.

Situated in Block III, Wairoa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35351.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 128915, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of June, 1949.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electric-power substation, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10·6 perches.
Being part Lot 5, D.P. 22818, being part Allotment 1, Parish of Whangarei.

Situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District (Borough of Whangarei) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35153.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129045, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of the rights appurtenant thereto, created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 231869, Auckland Land Registry, for Post and Telegraph purposes (cable terminal); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 11 perches.
