A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 15 perches. Being Section 22, Town of Kohukohu, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 71, folio 198 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of May, 1949.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 15·3 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 1336, of the subdivision of Allotments 7 and 8, Section 30, City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 73, folio 11 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1949.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (District Nurse’s Cottage); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 2 roods 23·7 perches. Being part of Lot 1, D.P. 5399, part of Rural Section 33179, Block VIII, Shepherds Bush Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 510, folio 25 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of May, 1949.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an employee’s dwelling, and shall vest in the Wairoa Electric-power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 39·2 perches. Being portion of Paeroa No. 3 Block.

Situated in Block II, Clyde Survey District (Hawkes Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1100.)

In the Hawkes Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88796, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
