The Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946, Amendment No. 12
PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows:—

This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946, Amendment No. 12, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

Clause (7) of the principal notice is hereby amended by deleting—
(a) “21. F. E. Coogan, 4 Wilson Street, Hamilton East: In the zone numbered (21), with the exception of all the area on the west side of the Waikato River and north of Dillicar Street, and in that portion of zone numbered (1) consisting of the west side of River Road from O'Neill Street to Piako Street, River Road from Piako Street to a point 200 yards north of Tamihana Avenue, and Oakley Avenue, and all wholesale supplies of loose and bottled milk to Caro’s Great Bargain Stores, Ltd., Victoria Street, in the zone numbered (7), the Centreway’s Tea-rooms and Rose Tea-rooms, Garden Place, in the zone numbered (3), the Sonning Girls’ Hostel, River Road, in the zone numbered (2) the Subway Shop, River Road, in the zone numbered (6)”.;
(b) “22. F. E. Coogan, 4 Wilson Street, Hamilton East: All wholesale supplies of bottled milk to Rowe’s shop and Reid’s shop in Grey Street in the zone numbered (6), Davis’ shop, Garvey’s shop, Curragh’s shop, Massey Street, in the zone numbered (15), Knight’s shop, Earle’s shop, Commerce Street, Ferry’s shop, Ellis’s shop, Norton Road, in the zone numbered (18) Dent’s shop, Lake Road, in the zone numbered (3), Seddon’s shop, Elliott’s shop, Kean’s shop, Victoria Street, in the zone numbered (13), Cameron’s shop, Rimu Street, in the zone numbered (16), Handy Store and Creighton’s shop, Mill Street, in the zone numbered (19), Lee’s shop and Fraser’s shop in the zone numbered (21)”:
and substituting the following:—
(a) “21. Hamilton Milk Vendors’ Association. (Inc.): In the zone numbered (21), with the exception of all the area on the west side of the Waikato River and north of Dillicar Street, and in that portion of zone numbered (1) consisting of the west side of River Road from O'Neill Street to Piako Street, River Road from Piako Street to a point 200 yards north of Tamihana Avenue, and Oakley Avenue”.

Social Security Act, 1938.—Notice Regarding Amendments to Prescription Prices in New Zealand Formulary
ADDENDUM, December, 1948, to the New Zealand Formulary:—
NEW ZEALAND FORMULARY, PART 2
The references in this part of the New Zealand Formulary to the First Schedule to the Rules of Prescription Pricing shall, where applicable, be deemed to be to the Prescription Pricing Supplement 1948/7, issued by the Pharmacy Plan Industrial Committee. This amendment shall take effect with respect to all medical prescriptions and midwifery orders (whatever the date thereof) that are presented to a contractor for fulfilment on or after 1st January, 1949.

Exemption Order Under the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940,* the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of Regulations 7 of the said regulations, so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors, shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:—
A motor-driver’s licence issued under the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940 to any one of the persons described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment on a farm or market-garden of the respective employer described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize him, while he is under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

The Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.—Notice of Intention to Take Land
THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the 31st day of March, 1949, as the date on which possession of the land is required, and the 3rd day of February, 1949, as the date on or before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land situated in Blocks VIII and IX, Corwar Survey District, containing five hundred and fifty-five (555) acres one (1) rood and thirty-five (35) perches, more or less, being Lots 3 and 4 on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 12428, and being Rural Sections 17969, 18984, and 23749, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 482, folio 151 (Canterbury Registry).

THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the 31st day of March, 1949, as the date on which possession of the land is required, and the 3rd day of February, 1949, as the date on or before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said Act.
