HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Robert Francis Buzan, Charles Henry Hiscoke, David John Manson, Ivan Robert Rowland, Thomas Taylor, Robert Bruce Meek, and Thomas Thompson Wilkinson to be the Enfield Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, at eight o'clock p.m. as the time when, and the Public Hall, Enfield, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Albert Swift, Alfred James Veart, Henry James Mills, George William Goddard, Henry Snook, Henry John Middleton, Dan Henry White, Charles Andrews, and James Genulette Audaine to be the Pine Island Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, at eight o'clock p.m. as the time when, and the residence of Mr. C. Andrews, Pine Island, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ALL those areas in Blocks VI and VII, Waitemata Survey District, containing by admeasurement a total of 5 acres 2 roods 25·1 perches, more or less, being Lots 108, 109, 117, 120, 164, 178, 247, and 248, as shown on the plan numbered 31409, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, Lot 1, as shown on the plan numbered 31681, deposited as aforesaid, and Lot 20, as shown on the plan numbered 33203, deposited as aforesaid, all lots being parts of Allotments 15 and 15A on Herald Island in the Paremoremo Parish. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked L. and S. 1/1060 and l/1060A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Arthur Hutton Adams, Stanley Huia Grammer Jackson, Albert Claude Churchill Robins, Frederick William Watts, Charles Tennant Smith, Carl Malcolm Hyland, and Gordon William Mexted to be the Thornton Marine Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Thornton Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
