A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 23.62 perches. Being part Sections 3 and 13. Situated in Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9656.) In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127771, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow. FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-one of the Masterton Licensing Trust Act, 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Masterton Licensing Trust Act, 1947, and shall vest in the Masterton Licensing Trust as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 3 roods 38.05 perches. Being part Lot 1, D.P. 10548, being part Section 56, Masterton Small Farm Settlement, and part old bed, Waipoua River.
