A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 39·5 perches. Being Lot 3, D.P. 6189, Town of Omakau Extension No. 3, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 322, folio 207 (Otago Land Registry).

SCHEDULE

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
