Land proclaimed as Street in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924,* I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 rood 32·2 perches.
Being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 11428, being part Rural Section 32.
Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7894.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126488, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of January, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 13·8 perches.
Adjoining Lot 11, D.P. 4212.

Situated in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1996, red.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123792, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of January, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section one hundred and forty-nine of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

0 0 30 Road adjoining part Allotment 16, Settlement of Pokeno, Suburban Section I, Mangatawhiri Parish; coloured blue, edged blue.

0 3 13 Allotment 16, Settlement of Pokeno, Suburban Section 1, and Allotment 200, Mangatawhiri Parish; coloured green.

Situated in Block XIII, Opaheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31959.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117588, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 8·8 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 11836, and part Lot 53, D.P. 7712, being parts of Rural Section 325, and being all the land in D.P. 12723, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 466, folio 277 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 14 perches.
Being that part of Section 7, Block XI, Belmont Survey District, named by the Native Land Court Johnsonville (Wiremutaone) Subdivision 19B of Sections 7 and 8, Johnsonville Town District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 391, folio 202 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 roods 20·47 perches.
Being Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 12759, part Section 114, Epuni Hamlet, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 501, folio 19 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of January, 1948.
