A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a fish hatchery: and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

Situated in Block III, Lower Wanaka Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9637.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126891, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 4·26 perches. Being part Lots 5 and 6, Block IX, Deposited Plan 3229, and being part of the Taurangi No. 4 Block, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 148, folio 291 (Taranaki Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres. Being part Section 120, Hutt District (Borough of Upper Hutt). Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District. (S.O. 21618.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127314, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood. Being Lot 214 on Deposited Plan 169, being part of Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, H.B. Volume 109, folio 68 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).
