the purpose of providing access to the said substation, such right-
of-way to be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood
34.4 perches.
Being part Section 87, Okotuku District; coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which the easement is
taken: 1 rood 31.7 perches.
Being part Section 87, Okotuku District; coloured sepia.
All situated in Block VII, Wairoa Survey District. (S.O. 21572.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127108, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
electric works and shall vest in the Otago Electric-power Board
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day
of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5.87 perches.

Situated in Block IV, Moeraki Survey District (Otago R.D.).

of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare

Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
