A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Waiuku Town Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 3 roods. Being part Allotment 1, Parish of Waiuku East, on D.P. 730. Situated in Block III, Maioro Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34813.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127251, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1948.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 2·5 perches. Being part of Town Section 22, Block XII, Town of Oamaru (Borough of Oamaru), and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 59, folio 272 (Otago Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of June, 1948.
