Tarawera Survey District ; then north-westerly along a right line
to the westernmost corner of Section 3, Block II, Tarawera Survey
District ; then north-easterly along the north-western boundaries
of that section and Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 4A 2 Block to
Te Arai ; then north-westerly along a right line to the southern-
most corner of Owahiuira Block, and along the south-western
boundary of that block to the shore of Rotorua ; then northerly
along a right line to Trig. Station Q, being the point of commence-
ment.
Tarawhai-Rangitihi Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the northern-
most corner of Maungarawhiri No. 6B Block in Block III, Tarawera
Survey District ; then southerly along the western boundary of the
said No. 6B Block to the southern boundary of the Opakau te Pukatu
Block, being a point on the boundary of the Owliata Tribal Commit-
tee Area hereinbefore described ; then north-westerly along the
north-eastern boundary of that area to the southernmost corner
of Whakapoungakau Block ; then north-easterly along the south-
eastern boundary of the aforesaid block to the southern boundary
of the Waione Block, being a point on the boundary of the Pikiao
East Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described ; then
easterly along the southern boundary of the aforesaid area to the
south-eastern corner of Te Riuotepapa Block in Block XV, Rotoma
Survey District ; then southerly along a right line to the south-
western corner of Allotment 63, Parish of Matata ; then easterly
along a right line to Trig. Station Mount Edgecumbe in Block XIII,
Rangitaiki Upper Survey District ; then southerly along a right
line to Trig. Station H in Block V, Galatea Survey District ; then
south-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station 38A in Block IX,
Kaingaroa Survey District ; then north-westerly along a right
line to the south-eastern corner of Paeroa East No. 8 Block in Block
VIII, Paeroa Survey District ; then northerly along the eastern
boundary of the aforesaid No. 8 Block, to and along the western
boundaries of the Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 5B 5A and 5B 5B
Blocks to the shore of Rotomahana, and a right line to the western-
most corner of Ruawahia No. 2 Block ; then north-westerly
along a right line to the north-eastern corner of the Maungarawhiri
No. 6B Block ; then along the north-eastern boundary of the
said block to its northernmost corner, being the point of commence-
ment.
Reporoa Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 31
(Paeroa) in Block V, Paeroa Survey District ; then north-easterly
along a right line to Trig. Station 30 (Maungaongaonga) in Block
II, Paeroa Survey District ; then south-easterly along a right line
to the south-eastern corner of Paeroa East No. 8 Block in Block
VIII, Paeroa Survey District, and a right line to Trig. Station 38A
in Block IX, Kaingaroa Survey District ; then southerly along
a right line to the northernmost corner of Kaingaroa No. 1A North
Block, and the western boundary of that block to its westernmost
corner ; then westerly along the southern boundary of Paeroa
East No. 3C Block, along the southern boundary of Paeroa East
No. 3A Block and its production to the middle of the Torepatutahi
Stream, down the middle of that stream and the Waikato River
to a point due west of the southernmost corner of Section 2, Block
VII, Ngongotaha Survey District ; then due east to the said
southernmost corner of Section 2 ; then north-easterly along a
right line to Trig. Station 31 (Paeroa), being the point of commence-
ment.
Tuhourangi Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the
shore of Rotorua at the westernmost corner of Owahiuira Block ;
then south-westerly along the shore of the said lake, to and up
the left bank of the Puarenga Stream, to and along the southern
side of the Rotorua—Whakatane State Highway, to and up the
middle of Alam Creek to a point being the production north-westerly
of the south-western boundary of part Section 26A, Suburbs of
Rotorua ; then along a right line, to and along the said south-
western and southern boundaries of the said part Section 26A, to
and along the north-western boundaries of part Section 5, Sections 14
and 15, Block I, Tarawera Survey District, the northern boundary
of the last-mentioned section, and along a right line being the
production of that boundary across Section 16, Block I aforesaid,
to the eastern boundary of Section 80, Suburbs of Rotorua ; then
along the eastern, northern, western, and southern boundaries of
the said Section 80, and a right line being the production of the last-
mentioned boundary across a public street, to and along the western
boundary of Section 5A of the said Block I, and along the left bank
of the Puarenga Stream to a point being its intersection with the
eastern side of Nelson Street ; then along a right line across the
Puarenga Stream, to and along the south-western boundary of
Section 6, Block I aforesaid, to the north-western boundary of
Rotomahana—Parekarangi No. 4A Block (Whakarewarewa State
Forest Plantation) ; then south-westerly along the said north-
western boundary, to and along the south-eastern boundary of
the Tihiotonga Block to Te Hauhau, the south-western corner of
that block ; then south-easterly along a right line to Trig.
Station 37 (Haparangi) ; then southerly along a right line to
Trig Station 31 (Paeroa) ; then north-easterly along a right line
to Trig. Station 30 (Maungaongaonga) ; then south-easterly along
a right line to the south-eastern corner of Paeroa East No. 8 Block,
in Block VIII, Paeroa Survey District, being a point on the
boundary of the Tarawhai-Rangitihi Tribal Committee Area
hereinbefore described ; then northerly along the boundary of
that area to the easternmost corner of the Owliata Tribal Com-
mittee Area hereinbefore described ; then westerly along the
generally southern boundary of that area to the westernmost corner
of Owahiuira Block on the shore of Rotorua, being the point of
commencement.
Horohoro Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 807
(Uraura) in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District ; then northerly
along a right line in the direction of Trig. Station 27 (Puwhenua)
in Block XIV, Otanewainuku Survey District, to a point on the
northern boundary of Tokoroa No. 1 Block, in Block IV, Ngautuku
Survey District ; then easterly along the said northern boundary
to and along the north-eastern boundary of Patetere South No. 1B
3 Block to its easternmost corner ; then northerly along a right
line to the southernmost corner of Kaitao—Rotohokahoka No. 3
Block, in Block XI, Horohoro Survey District ; then north-
easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said No. 3 Block
to Te Hauhau, being a point on the boundary of the Tuhourangi
Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described ; then south-
easterly along the south-western boundary of that area to Trig.
Station 31 (Paeroa) in Block V, Paeroa Survey District ; then
south-westerly along a right line to the southernmost corner of
Section 2, Block VII, Ngongotaha Survey District ; then due
west to the middle of the Waikato River ; then down the middle
of that river to its confluence with the Whangapoa Stream ; then
north-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station F (Ngautuku) in
Block VI, Te Atiamuri Survey District ; then westerly along a
right line in the direction of the confluence of the Waikato and
Waipapa Rivers to its intersection with a right line between the
mouth of the Waihora Stream in Lake Taupo and Trig. Station 807
(Uraura) in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District ; then northerly
along the last-mentioned right line to Trig. Station 807 (Uraura)
aforesaid, being the point of commencement.
Whakaue Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station Q
on Mokoia Island, in Block XIII, Rotoiti Survey District ; then
westerly along a right line to the mouth of the Ngongotaha Stream ;
then up the middle of the said stream to and along the north-
western boundary of Okoheriki No. 1N North Block, to and along
the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 9, 3, and 13A, Block XV,
Rotorua Survey District ; then along a right line in the direction
of Trig. Station B (Te Kariou) in Block I, Ngautuku Survey District,
to a point on a right line from Trig. Station 27 (Puwhenua) in
Block XIV, Otanewainuku Survey District, to Trig. Station 807
(Uraura) in Block VII, Ngautuku Survey District ; then southerly
along the last-mentioned right line to the northern boundary of
Tokoroa No. 1 Block, being a point on the boundary of the Horohoro
Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described ; then easterly
along the northern boundary of that area, and along the northern
boundary of the Tohourangi Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore
described to the easternmost corner of Tihiotonga B Block ; then
westerly along the north-eastern boundary of part Tihiotonga B
Block and its production across the Rotorua—Taupo State Highway
and a quarry reserve (Gazette, 1924, page 559), to and along another
part of the north-eastern boundary of the said part Tihiotonga B
Block, the north-eastern boundaries of Tihiotonga C 1, Part C 2B,
C 2A, and A Blocks to Trig. Station 33 (Ngatautara) ; then
northerly generally along the south-eastern boundary of the said
Tihiotonga A Block, to and up the right bank of the Utuhina Stream
to a point being the production south-easterly*of the south-western
boundary of part Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 31952,
deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland,
being part of Kaitao—Rotohokahoka No. 3A 1 Block ; then along
a right line across the said Utuhina Stream and part Kaitao-
Rotohokahoka No. 3A 1 Block, to and along the south-western
boundary of the said part Lot 1 on the plan numbered 31952 afore-
said, and along the south-western boundary of Lot 1, as shown on
the plan numbered 32372, deposited as aforesaid, being another part
of Kaitao-Rotohokahoka No. 3A 1 Block, and a right line being that
boundary produced across Sunset Road to its north-western side ;
then north-easterly along the said north-western side to a point
being the production south-easterly of the south-western boundary
of part Kaitao-Rotohokahoka No. 2C Block ; then along a right
right line across Kaitao-Rotohokahoka No. 2D South Block, to and
along the said south-western boundary, along another right line
from the western corner of the said part Kaitao-Rotohokahoka No.
2C Block, across Kaitao-Rotohokahoka Nos. 2B and 2A Blocks, to
and along the north-eastern boundary of part Kaitao-Rotohokahoka
No. 1A 1 Block, a right line being the last-mentioned boundary
produced across View Road to its north-western side ; then south-
westerly along the said north-western side to the north-eastern

across Clayton Road aforesaid, to and along the said south-western
boundary and the north-western and part north-eastern boundaries
of the said No. 1M 7 Block, the north-western and part north-eastern
boundaries of part Kaitao-Rotohokahoka No. 1L 1 Block, as shown
on the plan numbered 11874, deposited as aforesaid, the north-

along the western side of Cambridge—Rotorua State Highway to a
point due west of the intersection of the southern side of Salisbury
Road with the eastern side of the said State highway ; then along

then easterly generally along the north-eastern side of the road-
line, as shown on Maori Land plan numbered 8665, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and a right line, being the
