THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wanganui, known as Durie Street, fronting part Section 43, Left Bank, Wanganui River, and part of a closed road, and being also Lot 47 on plan deposited in the Deeds Register Office at Wellington as No. 41. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126854, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of May, 1948
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, viz. :—
“ The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, hereby by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the north-western side of Office Road adjoining the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 384, folio 22 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Office Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-seven feet six inches from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Office Road, fronting part Lot 1, D.P. 1471, part of Rural Section 105. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126746, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Takaka Town Board on the second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, viz. :—
“ The Takaka Town Board, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Takaka Town Board District, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern portion of Hiawatha Lane fronting subdivision of part of Lot 13 (D.P. 65), being part of Section 19, Takaka District, Block X, Waitapu Survey District, and contained in the Certificate of Title 36/280 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Hiawatha Lane (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Manukau County Council on the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, viz. :—
“ The Manukau County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Manukau, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the road through Allotment 51, Parish of Manurewa, situated between Portage Road and Allotment 51A (Water Reserve S.O. 5210) ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the unnamed road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that unnamed road situated in the North Auckland Land District, County of Manukau, fronting parts Allotment 51, Parish of Manurewa. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 127072, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the Cook County Council is the responsible authority within the meaning of the Town-planning Act, 1926, of a certain rural area as defined in the said Act—namely, the Cook County :
And whereas His Excellency the Governor-General is of opinion that settlement is taking place within a certain defined area within the rural area aforesaid—namely, the defined area described in the Schedule hereto—at such a rate that the preparation of an extra-urban planning scheme is deemed advisable in the public interest :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section twenty-five of the Town-planning Act, 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby require the Cook County Council to prepare and submit to the Town-planning Board before the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, an extra-urban planning scheme in respect of the said area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, and bounded as follows : Commencing at the mouth of the Pouawa River at the seashore ; thence proceeding in a south-westerly direction along mean high-water mark of the sea to the mouth of the Maraetaha River ; thence up that river to and across the Gisborne–Napier Railway to its western side, Block XIII, Turanganui Survey District ; thence westerly by a right line to the Trig. Station Rerepi in Block XVI, Patutahi Survey District ; thence westerly generally by the south-western boundary of Lot 3 (D.P. 2156) and Section 10, Block XII, Patutahi Survey District, to and across the Te Arai River to the right bank thereof ; thence up the right bank of the said river to the south-eastern corner of Lot 5 (D.P. 3015) ; thence westerly along the southern boundary of said Lot 5 (D.P. 3015), to and across the Te Arai Valley Road to its western side ; thence in a northerly direction along the western boundary of said road to a point in line with the south-western corner of Section 10, Block VIII Patutahi Survey District (Te Arai Settlement) ; thence northerly by a right line to and across the Te Arai River to a point on the left bank thereof in the eastern boundary of Section 93, Patutahi Rural, at the intersection of the western boundary of Block VIII, Patutahi Survey District, with the right bank of said Te Arai River ; thence due north along the western boundary of Block VIII, Patutahi Survey District, and the production thereof, to and across the Gisborne–Wairoa via Hangaroa Main Highway ; thence easterly along the northern boundary of said highway to the south-eastern corner of Section 88, Patutahi Rural, Block IV, Patutahi Survey District ; thence westerly along the south-western boundary of Section 88, Patutahi Rural aforesaid, and northerly along the western boundary of Sections 88, 126, 87, Patutahi Rural, Lot 1 (D.P. 2270), part Section 79, Patutahi Rural, Section 78, Patutahi Rural, Block IV, Patutahi Survey District, and again northerly along the western boundary of a branch railway from the East Coast Main
