NGATI PAOA TRIBAL DISTRICT
Kaiaua Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 135 (Rataroa); thence north-westerly along a right line to the intersection of the middle of the Pokeno-Miranda Road with the production of the western boundary of the Wharekawa Survey District; thence to and along that boundary and the western boundary of Orere Survey District to the intersection of the last-mentioned boundary with the north-western boundary of Tapapakanga Block, in Block II, Orere Survey District; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the Tapapakanga Block to its northernmost corner, being a point on the sea-coast; thence southerly generally along the sea-coast to the mouth of the Pukorokoro Creek; thence along a right line to Trig. Station 135 (Rataroa), the point of commencement.
Waitakaruru Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Pukorokoro Creek; thence easterly generally along the sea-coast to the southernmost corner of Section 1, Block X, Thames Survey District; thence along the western and north-western boundaries of that section to its northernmost corner; thence along a right line to the northernmost corner of Section 1, Block VII, Thames Survey District; thence along a right line to the intersection of the production of the north-western boundary of Section 3, Block VII, Thames Survey District, with the middle of the Waihou River; thence up the middle of the Waihou River to a point in line with the production of the southern side of Huirau Road, in Block IV, Waihou Survey District; thence westerly generally to and along the said southern side of Huirau Road, the eastern side of the Orongo-Netherton Main Highway, across that highway, to and along the southern side of Orchard East Road and Orchard West Road to its junction with Puarua Road; thence south-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station 1866, being a point on the confiscation boundary-line; thence in a northerly direction along that line to the mouth of the Pukorokoro Creek, the point of commencement.
Kerepeehi-Kaihere Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1866, being a point on the southern boundary of Waitakaruru Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence north-easterly generally along that boundary to the middle of the Waihou River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of the Ngahina Canal; thence to and along the middle of that canal and the Waihou River to its intersection with the production of the southern side of Pukahu Road; thence to and along the southern side of the said road, across a public road, and along the south-eastern boundary of Awati No. 1J 2A 1 Block to its intersection with the middle of the Awati Canal, in Block XV, Waihou Survey District; thence along the middle of that canal, the Tee Canal, and the Elstow Canal to the intersection of the last-mentioned canal with the southern boundary of Waihou Survey District; thence westerly generally to and along the southern boundary of Waihou Survey District to the middle of the Piako River, up the middle of that river to a public road forming the northern boundary of part Maukoro Block, south-westerly along the middle of that road to the Morrinsville-Waitakaruru Main Road; thence to and along the northern boundary of the said Maukoro Block, along the northern boundaries of Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block V, Waitoa Survey District, the eastern and northern boundaries of Maukoro No. 2B 2 Block, the northern boundary of Section 6, Block IV, Hapuakohe Survey District, to the middle of the Mangawhero Road; thence northerly along the middle of that road to the north-western boundary of Section 3, Block IV, Hapuakohe Survey District, along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Tainui Settlement, to the confiscation boundary-line; thence northerly along that line to Trig. Station 1866, the point of commencement.

Waipahihi Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waikato River at its outlet from Lake Taupo; thence north-easterly generally down the middle of the Waikato River to its confluence with the Torepatutahi Stream; thence easterly up the middle of the said stream to a point in line with the southern boundary of Paeroa East No. 3A Block; thence to and along that boundary and the southern boundaries of Paeroa East No. 3C Block, Kaingaroa No. 1A North, and No. 1A South Blocks to Trig. Station Wairapukao, in Block VI, Waeo Survey District; thence southerly along a right line to Trig. Station Ngapuketura, in Block VI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence along the eastern boundary of Lot 9, as shown on the plan numbered 21389, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, to its southernmost corner; thence westerly along a right line to the westernmost corner of Tauhara Middle No. 4A 1R Block, in Block VI, Tauhara Survey District, and thence in a north-easterly direction along a right line to the middle of the Waikato River, the point of commencement.
Mangakoura Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Rangatira Point, being a point on the boundary of the Waipahihi Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence easterly along the boundary of that area to the southernmost corner of Lot 9, as shown on the plan numbered 21389, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence easterly along a right line to Trig. Station 4, in Block VII, Heruiwi Survey District, and that line produced to meet a right line from Trig. Station F (Tiritiri) to Trig. Station B (Pukeroa); thence southerly along the said right line to Trig. Station B (Pukeroa), in Block XI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence along a right line to Trig. Station Te Taumutu; thence easterly along a right line to the point of intersection of right lines from Trig. Stations Tawhiwau and 69 (Tataraokino), and from the northern point of Lake Waikaremoana, passing through a point 180 chains due north of Trig. Station Maungataniwha; thence south-easterly from this point of intersection, along a right line to a point in the middle of the Te Hoe River in line with the south-western boundary of Heruiwi No. 4 Block; thence down the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Tataraokino Block; thence along the northern boundary of the said block, down the middle of the Waipunga River, to and along the northern boundary of Tarawera Block, the northern and western boundaries of Omupapamaro Block, the western boundary of the aforementioned Tarawera Block, the northern boundaries of Te Matai Block to the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1A Block; thence to and along the eastern boundary of the said No. 1A Block, to and along the generally eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1B Block to the north-western corner of No. 1D of the aforesaid block; thence along a right line to the intersection of the Waitahanui Stream with the southern boundary of Run 90 (State Forest Reserve); thence down the middle of the Waitahanui Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Tauhara Middle No. 4A 2 Block; thence to and along the said northern boundary to the eastern shore of Lake Taupo; thence due west along a right line to the intersection of a right line from Te Rangawha Point, in Block III, Tokaanu Survey District, to Rangatira Point, in Block V, Tauhara Survey District; thence north-easterly along that right line to Rangatira Point, being the point of commencement.
Rotongaio-Waitahanui Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1123, Ahipaepae, in Block XIV, Waitahanui Survey District; thence in a northerly direction along the western boundaries of Kaimanawa No. 1E Block, Te Whakao Block, and Pahikohuru Block, and the production of the last-mentioned block to the middle of the Hinemaiai Stream; thence down the middle of the said stream to the eastern shore of Lake Taupo; thence along a right line due west to the intersection of a right line from Te Rangawha Point, in Block III, Tokaanu Survey District, to Rangatira Point, in Block V, Tauhara Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction along that right line in the direction of Rangatira Point to the westernmost corner of the Mangakoura Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence easterly and south-easterly along the boundary of that area to the middle of the Mohaka River; thence up the middle of that river and the middle of the Oamaru River, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1A Block to the Ngaruroro River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the western boundary of Kaimanawa No. 1A Block; thence to and along the said western boundary to Trig. Station 41 (Maungaorangi); thence along a right line to Trig. Station 4 (Pikiawatea), and thence along a right line to Trig. Station 1123 (Ahipaepae), the point of commencement.
Rangita Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the mouth of the Waimarino River; thence north-easterly generally to and along the eastern shore of Lake Taupo to Rangawha Point, in Block III, Tokaanu Survey District; thence along a right line in the direction of Rangatira Point, in Block V, Tauhara Survey District, to the point due west of the mouth of the Hinemaiai Stream, being a point on the boundary of the Rotongaio-Waitahanui Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence in a generally south-easterly direction along the boundary of the aforesaid area to the middle of the Ngaruroro River; thence down the middle of that river to the intersection of a right line from Trig. Station 65A to Trig. Station 26 (Tawakitchunga); thence westerly from this point of intersection along the aforesaid right line to Trig. Station 26; thence along a right line to Trig. Station 27 (Motumatai); thence northerly along a right line to the middle of the Waimarino River in line with the eastern boundary of Hautu 1B 1B 2B 5B Block, in Block VI, Waiotaka Survey District; thence down the middle of the said Waimarino River to a point in the middle of its mouth, the point of commencement.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 36 (Tuhingamata), in Block IV, Tuhingamata East Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to the westernmost corner of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 16593, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along the western boundary of the said Lot 1, along the north-western boundaries of Pakuri and Tatua East Blocks, along the southern boundary of Tatua East No. 24C Block to Trig. Station 1121 (Maroanui); thence south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station G (Putauaki), a right line to the easternmost corner of Te Hukui South Block, in Block VI, Tatua Survey District, along a right line to the northern corner of Tahorakuri No. 2D Block, in Block XI, Tatua Survey District, and along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid block and its production to the middle of the Waikato River; thence south-westerly generally up the middle of the said river to a point in the middle of the outlet of Lake Taupo; thence south-westerly along a right line to Rangatira Point, and along a right line in the direction of Te Rangawha Point to the point due south of Te Kahui Point; thence along the shore of Lake Taupo to the north-western boundary of Rangatira No. 8B 1 Block; thence along the said north-western boundary to Trig. Station 36 (Tuhingamata), being the point of commencement.
