Ngati Tahu Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of Tutukau West B Block, in Block II, Tatua Survey District; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block to the Orakei-Korako Road ; thence due easterly along a right line to the middle of the Waikato River; thence up the middle of the said river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Tahorakuri No. 2D Block, being a point on the boundary of the Tauponuiatia Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence north-westerly along the boundary of the aforesaid area to the easternmost corner of Te Hukui South Block, in Block VI, Tatua Survey District; thence along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Tatua East No. 9D Block, in Block VI, Tatua Survey District; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid No. 9D Block, and along the eastern boundary of Tatua East No. 6 Block and the north-eastern boundary of Tatua East No. 5 Block to the southernmost corner of Tutukau West B Block, being the point of commencement.

Maroa Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Ongarahu Stream and the Waikato River, in Block IX, Te Atiamuri Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station F (Ngautuku); thence south-easterly along a right line to the confluence of the Whangapoa Stream and the Waikato River; thence up the middle of the Waikato River to a point due east of the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of Tutukau West B Block with the Orakei-Korako Road, being a point on the boundary of the Ngati Tahu Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence generally south-westerly along the boundary of the aforesaid area, and along the boundary of the Tauponuiatia Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described to the south-western corner of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 16593, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station 1134 (Pukemoremore), in Block I, Tuhiugamata West Survey District; thence due east along a right line to the middle of the Ongarahu Stream, and down the middle of the said stream to its confluence with the Waikato River, being the point of commencement.

Mokai Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1774 (Titiraupenga), in Block I, Marotiri Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Maraeroa A No. 3B 2 Block; thence along the eastern boundary of the said block; thence along right lines bearing 349° 5' distance 3508 links, bearing 349° 44' distance 10266 links, bearing 29° 13' distance 7767 links, to peg CXXX at the approximate source of the Waiteti Stream, as shown on Survey Office plan 20946 (2) blue; thence down the middle of the Waiteti Stream, and down the middle of the Waipapa River to the Waikato River; thence easterly along a right line to Trig. Station F (Ngautuku), in Block VI, Te Atiamuri Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the Maroa Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence southerly generally along the boundary of the aforesaid area, and along the boundary of the Tauponuiatia Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described to a point on a right line from Rangatira Point to Te Rangawha Point due south of Te Kahui Point; thence south-westerly along the right line in the direction of Te Rangawha Point to the point of intersection of a right line from Trig. Station G, in Block V, Tokaanu Survey District, to Trig. Station 2007, in Block XI, Marotiri Survey District; thence north-westerly along the last-mentioned right line to Trig. Station 2007; thence along a right line to Trig. Station 1549 (Mauuui), in Block VI, Marotiri Survey District; thence along a right line to Trig. Station 1774 (Titiraupenga), being the point of commencement.

Tutakamoana Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station XVII (Waituhi), in Block XIV, Puketapu Survey District; thence in a north-westerly direction along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Hauhungaroa No. 9 Block; thence in a north-easterly direction along a right line to the source of the Ongarue River; thence along a right line to Trig. Station 1390 (Pureora); thence along a right line in the direction of Trig. Station Rangitoto to the southern boundary of Maraeroa A No. 3B 2 Block; thence along the southern boundary of the said block to its easternmost corner, being a point on the boundary of the Mokai Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the aforesaid area to a point on the production of the right line from Trig. Station 1541 (Te Putu) to a point in the middle of the mouth of the Whanganui Stream; thence south-westerly to and along that right line to Trig. Station 1541 (Te Putu), in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District, and along a right line to Trig. Station XVII (Waituhi), being the point of commencement.

Ongarue Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the southern-most corner of Section 17, Block II, Tangitu Survey District; thence in a northerly direction along the western boundary of Section 17, to and along the south-western boundary of Section 2 of the aforesaid block, and the production thereof to the middle of the Hiwi Road; thence northerly along the middle of the Hiwi and Mapiu Roads to the intersection with Waitataura Road; thence south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station Z (Kopuha), in Block XIIIa, Ongarue Survey District; thence north-easterly

along a right line to Trig. Station 1394 (Pukemako), in Block V, Hurakia Survey District; thence along a right line to the source of the Ongarue River, in Block VIII, Hurakia Survey District; thence south-westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Hauhungaroa No. 9 Block, in Block X, Puketapu Survey District; thence westerly along a right line to Trig. Station N, in Block I, Tuhua Survey District, and the production thereof to the middle of the Ongarue River; thence northerly along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 17, being the point of commencement.

Taringamotu Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of Otahu Road at its intersection with the production of the north-western boundary of Section 9, Block XI, Tangitu Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to a point in the middle of the Ongarue River on the production of a right line from the northernmost corner of Hauhungaroa No. 9 Block, through Trig. Station N; thence easterly to and along the aforesaid right line to the northernmost corner of the said block; thence southerly along a right line to Trig. Station XVII (Waituhi); thence westerly along a right line to the south-western corner of Puketapu No. 3c 5A Block; thence along a right line to Trig. Station 1712 (Whatawhata), in Block XIV, Tuhua Survey District; thence along a right line to the confluence of the Ongarue and Taringamotu Rivers; thence north-westerly along a right line to the intersection of the middle of Otahu Road with the production of the north-western boundary of Section 9, Block XI, Tangitu Survey District, the point of commencement.

Kauriki Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1700 (Komokoriki), in Block III, Piopiotea Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to Trig. Station E, a right line to the southernmost corner of Puketapu No. 3c 9 Block; thence easterly along a right line to the south-western corner of Puketapu No. 3c 5A Block, a right line to Trig. Station XVII (Waituhi), in Block XIV, Puketapu Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction along a right line to the source of the Waipari Stream; thence down the middle of the said stream to a point on the production of the right line from Trig. Station 1700 (Komokoriki) to Trig. Station 1699 (Hohotaka); thence westerly to and along the said right line to Trig. Station 1700 (Komokoriki), being the point of commencement.

Manunui Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1712 (Whatawhata), in Block XIV, Tuhua Survey District; thence easterly along a right line to the south-western corner of Puketapu No. 3c 5A Block, in Block XVI, Tuhua Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the Kauriki Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence south-westerly along the boundary of the aforesaid tribal committee area to Trig. Station 1700 (Komokoriki), in Block III, Piopiotea Survey District; thence south-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station 1040 (Tipuna), in Block V, Hunua Survey District, a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 8, in Block VIII, Hunua Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 4, Block II, Hunua Survey District; thence along the southern and western boundaries of the said Section 4 and the production thereof, across a public road, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block II, Hunua Survey District, and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 5 and its production to the middle of the Wanganui River; thence up the middle of the said river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Ohura South G No. 4 Block; thence to and along the said north-eastern boundary to its northernmost corner, the aforesaid north-eastern boundary being the boundary of the Taumarunui Borough, as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1910, at page 3231; thence along a right line to Trig. Station 1712 (Whatawhata), being the point of commencement.

Kakahi Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 4, Block XIII, Kaitieke Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to Trig. Station Upokoera, a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 8, Block VIII, Hunua Survey District, a right line to Trig. Station 1040 (Tipuna), in Block V, Hunua Survey District, a right line to Trig. Station 1700 (Komokoriki), in Block III, Piopiotea Survey District; thence in an easterly direction along a right line to Trig. Station 1699 (Hohotaka), and the production thereof to the middle of the Waipari Stream; thence down the middle of the aforesaid stream to its confluence with the Wanganui River; thence up the middle of the aforesaid river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Taurewa East No. 4 Block; thence southerly to and along the aforesaid boundary and along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Waimarino F Block; thence south-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station D, a right line to the north-western corner of Section 5, Block XIII, Kaitieke Survey District; thence along the northern boundary of Section 4 of the said block to its northernmost corner, the point of commencement.

Taumarunui Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Ohura and Wanganui Rivers; thence in a northerly direction up the middle of the Wanganui River to its confluence with the Otunui Stream; thence northerly along a right line to the middle of the Otahu Road at a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 9, Block XI, Tangitu Survey District, being a point on
