Whanaupani Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of the Taneatua Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described, and proceeding easterly along the southern boundary of that area to the north-western corner of the Mahurehure Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence southerly along the western boundaries of that area and of the Otenuku Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described to a point in line with the southern boundary of Ruatoki B Section 32; thence westerly to and along that boundary, along the southern boundary of Ruatoki B Section 29 and its production to the middle of Paekoau Road ; thence southerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the middle of the road forming the northern boundary of Ruatoki C Section 16; thence westerly and south-westerly to and along the middle of the last-mentioned road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Ruatoki C Section 10; thence westerly to and along that boundary to the eastern boundary of Ruatoki C Section 28; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Ruatoki C Sections 28 and 27 to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section ; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Ruatoki C Sections 27 and 47 to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Ruatoki C Sections 47, 46, 38, and 37 to Tapapakiakia Trig. Station, in Block IV, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Ruatoki C Section 37 to the south-western corner of the said Taneatua Tribal Committee Area, the point of commencement.
Huiterangiora Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of the Whanaupani Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described, and proceeding southerly along the western boundary of the Otenuku Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described to a point in line with the southern boundary of Ruatoki B Section 35; thence westerly to and along that boundary, and along the southern boundary of Ruatoki B Section 34 and its production to the middle of Paekoau Road; thence northerly along the middle of that road to the southern boundary of the said Whanaupani Tribal Committee Area; thence easterly along that southern boundary to the south-eastern corner of that area, the point of commencement.
Ngahina Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of the Huiterangiora Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described, and proceeding southerly along the western boundaries of the Otenuku, Ngati Koura, Te Urewera, Ngati Rongo, and Hamua Tribal Committee Areas, all hereinbefore described, to the southern boundary of Block VI, Urewera Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundary of that block, and Block V, Urewera Survey District, to its south-western corner; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Blocks V and I, Urewera Survey District, and Blocks XIII, IX, and V, Waimana Survey District, to the intersection with a right line between Kaipurapuna and Taumatamiri Trig. Stations; thence north-westerly along right lines to Taumatamiri and Te Hiwera Trig. Stations; thence north-easterly in the direction of Tapapakiakia Trig. Station to the south-western corner of Whanaupani Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of the said Whanaupani and Huiterangiora Tribal Committee Areas to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned area, the point of commencement.
Wainui-Ohiwa Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of the Taneatua Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described, and proceeding north-easterly along right lines to Trig. Station Bl on Uretara Island, and to the middle of the entrance of Ohiwa Harbour; thence south-westerly along a right line to the middle of the mouth of the Nukuhou River; thence southerly along a right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 4 on the plan numbered 14254, lodged in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence due west along a right line to the western side of Wainui Road; thence southerly along the western side of Wainui Road and the western side of the Whakatane-Opotiki Main Highway to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 223, Waimana Parish, in Block IV, Waimana Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Allotments 223, 221, and 220, Waimana Parish, and the southern boundaries of Lots 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, and 5 on the plan numbered 8930, and lodged in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and the southern boundary of Section 7, Block II, Waimana Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of the aforesaid Taneatua Tribal Committee Area; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of that area to its north-eastern corner, the point of commencement.

Taihoa Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Wairoa River in line with the northern boundary of Paeroa No. 2c 8 Block, in Block XVII, Opoiti Survey District; thence to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Paeroa No. 2g 8 Block and its production to the middle of the Wairoa-Gisborne Road; thence along the middle of that road, Mill Road, and the Kauhauroa-Mangapoike Road to the middle of the Makaretu Stream; thence easterly generally up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Hereheretau No. 2D Block; thence westerly to and along that boundary and the northern boundary of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 6005, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier, the abutment of a road, and the northern boundary of Section 1, Block XV, Opoiti Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of that section and Section 2, Block XV aforesaid; thence westerly generally along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 6 on the plan numbered 1428, deposited as aforesaid, the northern boundary of Lot 5 on the plan numbered 1428 aforesaid, to the middle of the abutment of Waiatai Road, and along the middle of that road to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 3 on the plan numbered 3853, deposited as aforesaid; thence southerly to and along that boundary, the western boundary of Lot 1 on the last-mentioned plan and the western boundaries of Kopua D and B Blocks, and a right line, passing through Trig. Station M, to the sea-coast; thence westerly along the sea-coast to the middle of the mouth of the Wairoa River; thence up that river to the Wairoa Bridge, to and along the middle of First Street, Mahia Avenue, and Frasertown Road to the middle of the Napier-Gisborne Railway; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of that railway to a point in the middle of the Wairoa River; thence north-easterly generally up the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Paeroa No. 2c 8 Block, being the point of commencement.
Takitimu Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Wairoa Railway Bridge in the middle of the Wairoa River, being a point on the western boundary of the Taihoa Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence south-easterly generally along the western boundary of that area to the middle of the Wairoa Bridge; thence westerly and northerly generally up the middle of that river to a point in the middle of the Wairoa Railway Bridge, being the point of commencement.
Mahia Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Paritu on the sea-coast, in Block XIII, Paritu Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line in the direction of the junction of the Hangaroa and Ruakituri Rivers to the middle of the road forming the western and southern boundaries of Section 2, Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District; thence southerly generally along the middle of that road, the Wairoa-Gisborne via Morete Main Highway and the Tunanui-Mahia Road, a right line to the western boundary of Section 1, Block XX, Nuhaka North Survey District, along that boundary and the southern boundary of that section, to and along the middle of the road passing through Blocks 11 (E.R.), 14, and 13, and forming the south-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block X, Nuhaka Survey District, to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block X aforesaid, a right line to that boundary, and a right line, passing through Trig. Station 15, to the sea-coast; thence easterly, southerly, and northerly generally along the sea-coast to Paritu, the point of commencement, and including Portland Island.
Nuhaka Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the mouth of the Opoho Stream; thence northerly generally along a right line to the south-western corner of Section 4, Block XVII, Nuhaka North Survey District, along the western and northern boundaries of that section and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Makari Stream, down the middle of that stream and up the middle of the Makaretu Stream to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 7, Block XIII, Nuhaka North Survey District, to and along that boundary and the western boundaries of Sections 3, 4, 5, and 8, Block IX, Nuhaka North Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to its intersection with a right line from Paritu on the sea-coast to the junction of the Hangaroa and Ruakituri Rivers; thence south-easterly along that line to the north-western corner of the Mahia Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence southerly generally along the western boundaries of that area to the sea-coast; thence westerly generally along the sea-coast to the middle of the mouth of the Opoho Stream, being the point of commencement.
Whakaki Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Mangarangiora Stream on the right line from Paritu on the sea-coast to the junction of the Hangaroa and Ruakituri Rivers; thence south-easterly along that line to the northern-most corner of the Nuhaka Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence southerly generally along the western boundaries of that area to the middle of the mouth of the Opoho Stream; thence westerly to and along the sea-coast to the south-eastern corner of the Taihoa Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence northerly, north-easterly, and north-westerly along the eastern, south-eastern, and north-eastern boundaries of that area to a point in the middle of the Makaretu Stream on the Kauhauroa-Mangapoike Road; thence north-easterly generally down the middle of the Makaretu Stream, up the middle of the Mangapoike River and the Mangarangiora Stream to a point on the right line from Paritu on the sea-coast to the junction of the Hangaroa and Ruakituri Rivers, being the point of commencement.
Te Reinga Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Makaretu Stream and the Mangapoike River, being a point on the northern boundary of the Whakaki Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore described; thence easterly generally along that boundary to a point in the middle of the Mangarangiora Stream on the right line from Paritu on the sea-coast to the junction of the Hangaroa and Ruakituri Rivers; thence northerly up the middle
