Heruiwi Survey Districts, respectively; thence northerly along a
right line to Wairapukao Trig. Station, in Block VI, Wheao Survey
District; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Kaingaroa IA South and IA North Blocks to the south-western corner of
the last-mentioned block; thence northerly along the western
boundary of the said IA North Block to its northernmost corner;
thence along a right line to Trig. Station 38A, in Block IX, Kaingaroa

All that area bounded by a line commencing at Tawhiuau Trig.
Station, in Block XIV, Galatea Survey District, and proceeding
north-easterly along a right line to the south-eastern corner of
Block VIII, Galatea Survey District; thence south-westerly along
a right line to the north-eastern corner of Waireporepo Block, in
Block XI, Ahikereru Survey District; thence along the south-eastern boundary of that block to its southernmost corner; thence
along a right line to Te Taumutu Trig. Station, in Block XVI,
Heruiwi Survey District; thence westerly along a right line to
Pukeroa Trig. Station; thence northerly along a right line in the
direction of Tiritiri Trig. Station to the intersection with the
production of a right line between Trig. Station 4, in Block VII,
Heruiwi Survey District, and the southernmost point of Lot 9 on
the plan numbered 21389, deposited in the office of the District
Land Registrar at Auckland; thence westerly to and along that
right line to the southernmost point of Lot 9 aforesaid; thence
northerly along the western boundary of that lot to Ngapuketurua

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern
corner. of Block VIII, Galatea Survey District, and proceeding

Urewera Survey District, to the watershed between the Whakatane and
Tauranga-Waimana Rivers; thence southerly along that watershed
to Pawairoto Trig. Station, in Block III, Ruatahuna Survey District;
thence along a right line to Te Ranga a Taneiti Trig. Station, in
Block VI, Ruatahuna Survey District; thence along a right line
to the northernmost point of Lake Waikaremoana; thence westerly
along a right line to Te Taumutu Trig. Station, in Block XVI,
Heruiwi Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line
to the southernmost corner of Waireporepo Block; thence along
the south-eastern boundary of that block to its north-eastern corner;
thence along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Block VIII,
Galatea Survey District, the point of commencement.

Maungapohatu Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Pawairoto Trig.
Station, in Block III, Ruatahuna Survey District, and proceeding
northerly along the watershed between the Whakatane and Tau-ranga-Waimana Rivers to the southern boundary of Urewera Survey
District; thence easterly along that boundary and the southern
boundary of Waioeka South Survey District to the western boundary
of Tahora Block; thence southerly along that boundary to its
intersection with a right line between Mangatapere and Maunga-pohatu Trig. Stations; thence westerly along that line to Maunga-pohatu Trig. Station; thence south-easterly along a right line in
the direction of Puketapu Trig. Station to its intersection with the
north-western boundary of Waipaoa Block; thence south-westerly
along that north-western boundary, passing through Trig. Stations
Koranga West and Pukepuke, to its intersection with a right line
between Puketapu Trig. Station and the northernmost point of Lake
Waikaremoana; thence westerly along that right line to Lake
Waikaremoana; thence northerly along right lines to Te Ranga a
Taneiti and Pawairoto Trig. Stations, the last-mentioned being the

Survey District, and proceeding southerly along the eastern
boundaries of that block and Tuturitanga Block to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned block; thence southerly along
the watershed between the Whakatane and Tauranga-Waimana
Rivers to the southern boundary of Block VII, Urewera Survey
District; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of
Blocks VII and VI, Urewera Survey District, to the middle of the
Whakatane River; thence northerly down the middle of that
river to a point in line with the southern boundary of Ruatoki A
Section 52, in Block VI, Waimana Survey District; thence easterly
to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of
the road forming the eastern boundary of the said Section 52;
thence southerly along the middle of that road to a point in line
with the middle of the road forming the southern boundary of

Ruatoki A Section 38; thence easterly to and along that boundary, including the crossing of a road, to the north-eastern corner of that
section; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the same
section to the south-western corner of Ruatoki D Section 5; thence
easterly along the southern boundary of the said Ruatoki D Section 5 to
its south-eastern corner; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries
of Ruatoki D Sections 4 and 6, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the road forming part of the
southern boundary of the last-mentioned section; thence south-westerly along the middle of that road to the north-eastern corner
of the aforesaid Hamua Tribal Committee Area; thence westerly
along the northern boundary of that area to its north-western
corner, the point of commencement.

Te Urewera Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of the Ngati Rongo Tribal Committee Area herein-before described, and proceeding northerly down the middle of the
Whakatane River to a point in line with the northern boundary
of Ruatoki A Section 35; thence easterly to and along that boundary
and its production to the middle of the road forming part of its
eastern boundary; thence southerly along the middle of that road
to a point in line with the southern boundary of Ruatoki A
Section 34; thence easterly to and along that boundary and its
production through Ruatoki D Section 5 to the eastern boundary
of the last-mentioned section; thence southerly along the eastern
boundary of the said Ruatoki D Section 5 to the north-eastern corner
of the aforesaid Ngati Rongo Tribal Committee Area; thence
westerly along the northern boundary of that area to its north-western corner, the point of commencement.

Ngati Koura Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Te Urewera Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore
described, and proceeding northerly down the middle of the
Whakatane River to a point in line with the southern boundary of
Ruatoki A Section 27; thence easterly and northerly to and along
that boundary and the southern and eastern boundaries of
Ruatoki A Section 28 and the eastern boundary of Ruatoki A
Section 26 to the north-western corner of Ruatoki D Section 5;
thence easterly and southerly along the northern and eastern
boundaries of the last-mentioned section to the north-eastern
corner of Te Urewera Tribal Committee Area aforesaid; thence
westerly along the northern boundary of that area to its north-western corner, the point of commencement.

Otenuku Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of the Ngati Koura Tribal Committee Area herein-before described, and proceeding northerly down the middle of the
Whakatane River to a point in line with the southern boundary
of Ruatoki A Section 3 (Rewarewa Papakainga); thence easterly
to and along that boundary and the northern boundary of Ruatoki A
Section 18 to the north-eastern corner of that section; thence
easterly along a right line to the south-western corner of Ruatoki D
Section 3, and along the southern boundary of that section to its
south-eastern corner; thence southerly along the eastern boundary
of Ruatoki D Section 4 to the north-eastern corner of the said
Ngati Koura Tribal Committee Area; thence westerly along the
northern boundary of that area to its north-western corner, the
point of commencement.

Mahurehure Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of the Otenuku Tribal Committee Area hereinbefore
described, and proceeding northerly down the middle of the
Whakatane River to a point in line with the northern boundary
of Ruatoki A Section 1; thence easterly to and along that boundary
and the northern boundaries of Ruatoki A Sections 5A and 5B
and Ruatoki D Section 1 to the north-eastern corner of the said
Ruatoki D Section l; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries
of Ruatoki D Sections 1, 2, and 3 to the north-eastern corner of the
said Otenuku Tribal Committee Area; thence westerly along the
northern boundary of that area to its north-western corner, the
point of commencement.

Taneatua Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of the Mahurehure Tribal Committee Area herein-before described, and proceeding westerly to and along the northern
boundaries of Ruatoki B Sections 1, 4, 5, 6, 8A, Ruatoki C
Sections 1, 8, 9, 35, 36, and 37 to the south-eastern corner of
Allotment 60c, Rangitaiki Parish, in Block IV, Rangitaiki Lower
Survey District; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries
of Allotments 60c and 60D to the north-eastern corner of the said
Allotment 60D; thence easterly along a right line to the southern
corner of Section 16, Opouriao Settlement, in Block IX, Whakatane
Survey District, and along the southern boundaries of Sections 16
and 5, Opouriao Settlement, to the south-eastern corner of the said
