Leasehold Estate in Land in Block VIII, Maketu Survey District,
taken for Broadcasting Purposes (Transmitting Station)

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto (held by Alice Seal, wife of William Henry Seal, of Paengaroa, Railway Ganger, from His Majesty the King under and by virtue of lease registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 11792) is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (transmitting station); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 5 acres 0 roods 17·6 perches.
Being part Section 20.

Situated in Block VIII, Maketu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33468.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126452, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1948.

PURSUANT to section twenty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a postmaster’s residence; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 33·1 perches.
Being Lot 17, D.P. 27258, being part Allotment 47, Parish of Titirangi.

Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34661.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126515, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1948.

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown land:—

A. R. P. Being
0 0 39·7 Lot 8 on D.P. 16955, and being part of Block 29 of the Church Mission Reserve, Section 2, Town of Tauranga, and being the whole of the land comprised and declared in Certificate of Title, Volume 477, folio 123 (Auckland Land Registry).

0 0 39·8 Lot 9 on D.P. 16955, and being part of Block 29 of the Church Mission Reserve, Section 2, Town of Tauranga, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 427, folio 205 (Auckland Land Registry).
