A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Edgecumbe Substation).

Situated in Block VII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33596.)

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126631, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1948.

Land taken for a Main Highway Depot in the Borough of Stratford

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a main highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 4 acres 0 roods 6·5 perches.

Being Lots 2, 10, and 12 on D.P. 3195, being part Section 99, Block II, Ngaere Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 139, folio 140 (Taranaki Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1948.

Being Lot 52, D.P. 40, being part Section 133, Square 131, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 13, folio 53 (Nelson Land Registry).
