General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for the development of water-power (Longburn Substation);
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-eight.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 acres
3 roods 30 perches.
Being part Subdivision 3 of Section 1580.
