Additional Land near Frankton Junction taken for the Purposes of
the Kaipara-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

coloured blue.

3 3 39.4 Part Lot 6, D.P. 8639, being part Allotment 74,

and 75, Pukete Parish ; coloured orange.
All situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, Waipa
County. (S.O. 33656.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 9214, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 28th day of February, 1948.

Land taken for Electric Works in the Borough of Gisborne

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for electric works and shall vest in the Poverty Bay Electric-power
Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 16 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 2119, part Section 57A, Town of Gisborne.
Situated in the Borough of Gisborne (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O.
4414.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.H. 126439, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged
orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 25th day of February, 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-eight.
