A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches. Being part Allotment 215, Pukete Parish, being portion of Railway land in Conveyance No. 77718. Situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 38280.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126047, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, Westland County, containing by admeasurement 440 acres, more or less, being Reserve 1902, situated in Blocks X and XIV, Waimea Survey District ; save and excepting therefrom all tracks and roads. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 125/65, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, containing by admeasurement 22 acres, more or less, and being Section 22, Block I, Mahoe Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 61/10, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Taranaki plan S.O. 1052.)
