A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 6 acres 3 roods 27·1 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 12529, being part Section 68, Hutt District.
Situated in Block X, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21537.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126060, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of November, 1947.

Land and Leasehold Estates in Land in Block XI, Waiho Survey District, and in the Town of Waiho Gorge, taken for a Tourist and Health Resort

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Graham Brothers, Limited, a duly incorporated private company having its registered office at Waiho, under and by virtue of Renewable Lease No. 572, Westland Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by the said Graham Brothers, Limited, under and by virtue of Lease in Perpetuity No. 408, Westland Registry, are hereby taken for a tourist and health resort; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

Being Lots 3, 5, and 7, D.P. 384, being part Section 10, Hutt District.
