N OTICE is hereby given that on the 13th day of August, 1947, John Charles Glover, of Rongotea, Coachbuilder, William Arthur Bishop, of Marton, Saddler, and Hillary Nathaniel Rowe, of Rongotea, Farmer, the present trustees, under a certain deed of declaration of trust bearing date the 14th day of August, 1885, of the land described in such deed and more particularly described hereinafter, caused to be filed in the Supreme Court at Wanganui a scheme providing-
(a) That the trustees do transfer the property described in the said deed of declaration of trust bearing date the 14th day of August, 1885, but now described as "All that piece of land containing thirty decimal seven perches, more or less, situate in the Bulls Town District, being part of Block III of the Rangitikei District, and being also parts of Section 7 and 8 of Block B on the plan lodged at the Deeds Registry Office at Wellington as No. 44, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title (limited as to parcels and title), Vol. 330, folio 187 (Wellington Registry)", to the Stewards' Trust of New Zealand (Incorporated) :
(b) That the said the Stewards' Trust of New Zealand (Incorporated) do thereafter hold the said property under the provisions of the "model deed of trust" appearing on pages 18 to 22 inclusive of the rules of the said the Stewards' Trust of New Zealand (Incorporated) (annexed to the "memorandum for the Attorney-General of New Zealand" and filed herein) in lieu of the said deed of declaration of trust dated the 14th day of August, 1885 :
(c) That the said the Stewards' Trust of New Zealand (Incorporated) do contemporaneously with the transfer referred to in paragraph (a) hereof execute a deed of declaration of trust (mutatis mutandis) containing the provisions of its said model deed of trust and pertaining to the said land :
(d) That the present trust as evidenced by the said deed of declaration of trust dated the 14th day of August, 1885, be terminated :
(e) That the present trustees under the said deed of declaration of trust dated the 14th day of August, 1885, be discharged upon the coming into force of the trusts created in accordance with this proposed scheme :
And that the said scheme will be considered and dealt with by the Judge of the said Court at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on Friday, the 19th day of September, 1947, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard. The said scheme is open for inspection by the public at the office of the Registrar of the said Court at Wanganui without payment of any fee or charge.

Annual Statement
I, ROBERT KING, Trust Manager, do solemnly and sincerely declare :-
- That the liability of the members is limited.
- That the capital of the company is £1,500,000, divided into 1,500,000 shares of £1 each.
- That the number of shares issued is 1,500,000.
- That calls to the amount of £1 per share have been made, under which the sum of £1,500,000 has been received.
- That the amount of all moneys received on account of estates is £25,537,822 8s. 1d.
- That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates is £25,381,802 12s. 10d.
- That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration is £156,019 15s. 3d.
- That the liabilities of the company at the close of its financial year (to wit, the 31st day of May, 1947) were : Debts owing to sundry persons by the company, viz. : On judgment, nil ; on specialty, nil ; on notes or bills, nil ; on simple contracts, £258,380 ; on estimated liabilities, £1,337,305.
- That the assets of the company on that date were : Government securities, £437,063 ; Government securities (British and British dependencies), £2,700,236 ; bills of exchange and promissory notes, nil ; cash at bankers and in hand, £415,765 ; other securities, £4,141,705.
And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
