Approving the Resolution of Local Authorities in the Wanganui Region to Unite in Preparation of a Regional Planning Scheme and defining the Area comprised in such Scheme

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8 of the Town-planning Amendment Act, 1929, the Town-planning Board has approved the resolution of the local authorities whose names are set out in the First Schedule hereto (being local authorities having jurisdiction over adjoining districts) to unite for the purpose of preparing a regional planning scheme for a portion of the total area within their several jurisdictions as defined in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that area of land including the whole of the counties of Rangitikei, Wanganui, Waitotara, and Waimarino; the whole of Patea County except that portion of it which lies on the north or Taranaki side of the Whenuakura Stream; the City of Wanganui; the boroughs of Marton, Taihape, Ohakune, and Raetihi; and the town districts of Bulls, Hunterville, Mangaweka, and Waverley.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Great Barrier Island County, containing by admeasurement 918 acres 0 roods 19 perches, more or less, being part of the land on D.P. 13504 and Lot 1 on D.P. 27742, also being Section 1, Block II, Fitzroy Survey District, and part of Old Land Claim No. 401, situated in Block II, Fitzroy Survey District, and Block XV, Barrier Survey District, and being the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 740, folio 103.
