Declaring Road in Block VIII, Newcastle Survey District, to be
Government Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of
August, 1947
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion
of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date
of this Order in Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the portion of road declared to be Government
road: 1 acre 0 rood 11 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 102 (on D.P. 4017), 110,
and 111, Komakorau Parish.
Situated in Block VIII, Newcastle Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 32172.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125525, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green, edged green.

Foreshore Licence : Wharf, Onekaka-Mount Burnett Coal Sales,
Limited

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
August, 1947
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit the Mount
Burnett Coal Sales, Limited (hereinafter called the company, which
term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context
requires a different construction), to use and occupy all those parts
of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Onekaka, as
shown on plans marked M.D. 5664, 6551, and 8652, and deposited
in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plans, such
licence to be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject
to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto,
and doth hereby prescribe that the dues and rates set forth in the
Second Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the company
for the use of the said wharf.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
    1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable
    apply hereto.
  2. The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the
    1st day of September, 1947.
  3. The premium payable by the company shall be two pounds
    ten shillings (Β£2 10s.), and the annual sum so payable shall be one
    pound (Β£1).
  4. The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said
    wharf shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above
    high-water mark at such place as may be approved by the Minister,
    or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

    foreshore and land below low-water mark in the Heathcote Estuary,
    at the foot of Mount Pleasant Road, Sumner, as shown on plan
