marked M.D. 5031, and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a
jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the Council upon and subject to the terms and con-
ditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto, and doth hereby make
the following regulations set out in the Second Schedule hereto:
FIRST SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- THIS licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as
applicable, apply hereto. - The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the
1st day of August, 1947. - In consideration of the concessions and privileges granted
by this Order in Council, the Council shall on demand pay to the
Minister an annual rental of 1s. - The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said
jetty shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above
high-water mark at such place as may be approved of by the
Minister, or by any person appointed by the Minister for that
purpose.
SECOND SCHEDULE
REGULATIONS
- No person shall fish off the said jetty at Mount Pleasant, Sumner
Harbour, hereinbefore referred to. - No person shall ride a bicycle on the said jetty.
- Any person committing a breach of these regulations is
liable to a fine not exceeding £5.

Pursuant to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1937,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set
apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a Native reservation for the common use of the Ngapuhi
and Nga tika hu tribes as a burial-ground and wahitapu.

Partial Revocation of Order in Council vesting Land owned by Natives

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section sixty-three of the Native Purposes Act,
1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
revoke the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule
hereto, in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of the
said Schedule.

Pursuant to section one hundred and sixty-seven of the
Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
doth hereby vary an Order in Council made on the fourth day of
April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in
the Gazette on the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-two, at page 735, and affecting Hauturu East B 2
Section 2A IA and other blocks by excluding therefrom the lands
described in the Schedule hereto.

August, 1947
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act,
1941, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that
the Takaka Town District and the Borough of Motueka shall be
a combined district for the purposes of the said Act and shall be
entitled to one representative on the Nelson Catchment Board, and
that the Motueka Borough Council shall be the principal local
authority of such combined district; and the Order in Council
dated the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the twelfth
day of the same month, at page 975, is hereby amended accordingly.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section two hundred and forty-six of the Native
Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth
hereby authorize the disposition to and acquisition by Mabel
Beatrice Fullerton-Smith, of Ongarue, Widow, as to one undivided
half-share, and the said Mabel Beatrice Fullerton-Smith, of Ongarue,
Widow, Christopher Basil Fullerton-Smith, of Hamilton, Farmer,
and Douglas Morrish Rennie, of Taumarunui, Solicitor, as joint
tenants, inter se, as to the remaining undivided half-share, as tenants
in common in their respective shares, of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, notwithstanding the provisions of Part XII of
the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area containing 22 acres 3 roods 2 perches, being Lot 1,
D.P. 5207, being part Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 3c Block, Block XVI,
Aria Survey District, and being all the land contained in Certificate
of Title, Volume 136, folio 27 (Taranaki Registry).
