ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of
August, 1947
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in
the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a mental hospital.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land permitted to be taken:-
A. R. P. Being
44 2 25 Sections 51 and 53; coloured yellow.
39 2 31 Sections 56 and 57; coloured blue.
46 1 12 Sections 58, 59, and 60; coloured blue.
Situated in Block I, North Harbour and Blueskin District
(Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9582.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125796, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

in the City of Wellington

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the
Schedule hereto being taken for the purpose of a pleasure-ground.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken:
4 acres 3 roods 10.1 perches.
Being part Section 36, Karori District.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of
Wellington. (S.O. 21350.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122902, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.

described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
