Land taken for Post and Telegraph Purposes (Postmaster's Residence)
in Block III, Kapiti Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence); and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-seven.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 32Β·13 perches.
Being Lot 120, D.P. 10250 (Town of Paraparaumu Beach Extension
No. 3), part Ngarara West B No. 8 Block, and being the whole
of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title,
Volume 496, folio 164 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of July, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty
of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir
Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the: Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold
estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto,
held by the Titahi Bay Golf Club (Incorporated) from Frederick
William Ongley, George Percival Middleton, and William Nicholas
Ryan for a term of ten years from the first day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, under and by virtue of an
unregistered memorandum of lease dated the third day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, is hereby taken for
better utilization; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of July, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the lease-
hold estate or interest is taken : 1 acre 1 rood 26Β·34 perches.
Being part of the land in D.P. 9478, being part Subdivisions 8 and 9,
Koangaamumu Block, and being the whole of the land comprised
and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 464, folio 187
(Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of July, 1947.

1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
57 acres l rood 10 perches.
Being part Lot 23, D.P. 120, being part Sections 19, 20, and 21.
Situated in Block I, Aparima Hundred (Southland R.D.).

Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby

subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :

Being Section 6, Arowhenua Village, part Native Reserve 88l.
Situated in Block II, Arowhenua Survey District (Canterbury
R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more parti-

in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged blue.

set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth
day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

Being part Reserve 1692.

Situated in Block I, Arawata Survey District (Westland R.D.).
