A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as
street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of July, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 rood 5·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Sections 3, 6, and 7.
Situated in Block IV, Motueka Survey District (Nelson R.D.).

delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125397, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

Substation) in Block V, Waipukurau Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the development of water-power (Waipawa Substation);
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 2 roods
10·9 perches.
Being part Block 33, Ruataniwha Crown Grant District.
Situated in Block V, Waipukurau Survey District (Hawke's
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2233.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124906, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged pink.

of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 18th day of July, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District
of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 1 rood
13·4 perches.
Being Lot 14, D.P. 969, part Block 29, Church Mission Reserve,
Town of Tauranga.
Situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District (Borough of

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125620, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 18th day of July, 1947.
