Education Reserve in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease
Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 28th January, 1947.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserve is open for selection on renewable lease under the Education Reserves Act, 1928, the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908, and the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1944; and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 11 o'clock a.m. on Monday, 24th February, 1947.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 25th February, 1947, at 10 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
Applicants are required to produce for inspection when examined documentary evidence of their financial position.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year's rent, broken-period rent, and lease fee.

Raglan County.-Town of Raglan
LOT 1 on D.P. 33420, being Allotments 1-5 of Section 7: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 16.7 perches. Half-yearly rent, £2 10s.
This section, which is situated approximately one mile from Raglan Post-office, has frontage to Cross Street (partly formed and metalled). The land has a north-easterly aspect and hilly with swamp in the north-western corner. It is overgrown with heavy gorse, tea-tree, and fern.
