IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and in the matter
of W. R. KIRK, LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation).

AT a special meeting of the members of the above company,
duly convened and held at the registered office of the company,
9 Wicksteed Place, Wanganui, on Thursday, the 23rd day of
January, 1946, the following special resolution was duly passed:-
"That this company go into voluntary liquidation and be
wound up."

At the said meeting ROBERT COLIN BURLING-CLARIDGE,
Accountant, was appointed liquidator for the purposes of such
winding up.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore sub-
sisting between us, the undersigned TAANE DESMOND JOYCE
and HURU ALDERMAN JOYCE, carrying on business as butchers at
Queen Street, Waimate, under the style or firm of "Joyce Bros.,"
has been dissolved as from the 23rd day of October, 1946. All
debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and
paid respectively by the said TAANE DESMOND JOYCE, who will
continue to carry on the said business under the style or name of
"Joyce Bros." as heretofore.
