A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 20 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 1316, being part Section 117, Town of Gisborne, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 40, folio 284 (Gisborne Land Registry).
