Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Tutira to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 39·6 perches.
Being part Railway land in Proclamation 1016, being formerly part
Section 9, Tutira Block.
Situated in Block VIII, Maungaharuru Survey District, Hawke's
Bay County. (S.O. 1042.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8827, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of May, 1947.

Revoking a Proclamation allocating Railway Land to the Purposes
of Road in Block XIII, Turanganui Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation
dated the fourteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 73 of
the seventeenth day of the same month, at page 1597, allocating
railway land to the purposes of road.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of May, 1947.

Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the
Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 34·6 perches.
Being portion of Onoke Block.
Situated in Block VIII, Purua Survey District, Whangarei
County. (S.O. 33949.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8828, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 31st day of May, 1947.

road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
24·2 perches.
Being part land on D.P. 7144, being part Allotment 52, Section 10,
Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125492, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General

Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of May, 1947.
