P URSUANT to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Regulations
1940, made under the Marketing Act, 1936, and the Agri-
culture (Emergency Powers) Act, 1934, notice is hereby given that
a copy of the roll of producers in the Northern Ward qualified to
vote, and a copy of the roll of producers in the Southern Ward
qualified to vote at the elections to be held on the second Wednesday
in the month of June, 1947, of producers’ representatives on the
Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee established by the said
regulations, have been deposited for public inspection during ordinary
office hours for a period of seven days from the 21st day of May,
