Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area
PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1946, I, Edward Cullen, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare that such area of land, defined as aforesaid, to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purposes of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 29th day of May, 1947.

HAMILTON FEDERATED BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA
ALL that area of land (excepting that area included in the Hamilton City) lying within the Raglan, Waipa, and Waikato Counties, and bounded by a line commencing on the sea-coast at the mouth of the Torepara Creek; thence following along the coast-line in a generally northerly direction to the southern boundary-line of Block XII, Whaingaroa Survey District; thence in a straight line across country in a north-easterly direction to the Kororeka Trig., located in Block XIV, Whaingaroa Survey District; thence continuing the straight line in a north-easterly direction to the north-eastern corner of Block XIV, Newcastle Survey District; thence in an easterly direction along the northern boundary of Block XV, Newcastle Survey District, to the Waipa River; thence following the Waipa River downstream to the Waikato River; thence following the eastern bank of the Waikato River upstream to the south-western corner of Section 160, Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District; thence in an easterly direction along the southern boundaries of Sections 160, 158, 157, Lot 4, and P.T. Lot 8, Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of the said P.T.
