A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 3 acres 1 rood 38·3 perches.

Being part Section 19, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve.

Situated in Block II, Rangitoto Survey District. (S.O. 21486.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125232, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of May, 1947.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124732, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of May, 1947.
