A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 15.5 perches.
Being part Allotment 33, Parish of Waiwera.
Situated in Block XI, Waiwera Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34233.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124922, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of May, 1947.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart : 6.7 perches.
Being part Lot 11, D.P. 18031.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a technical school ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 3 roods 0.3 perches.
Being Lots 253, 255, and 257, D.P. 1, being part Rural Section 7555. Situated in the Borough of Timaru (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7492.)

P URSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 29.4 perches.
Being Lot 309, D.P. 859, and being portion of Kaihu No. 2D Block, and being the whole of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 712, folio 186 (Auckland Land Registry).
