All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea-coast, being the north-western corner of Old Land Claim 27, in Block XIII, Kerikeri Survey District; thence south-easterly generally along the sea-coast to the north-eastern corner of Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District, and a right line to the Opua Wharf; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern side of the Opua-Whangarei Railway Reserve to the middle of the bridge at the mouth of the Whangae River; thence westerly along a right line to the junction of the Whangae Road with the Oromahoe-Opua Road, in Block VIII, Kawakawa Survey District; thence north-westerly along the boundary of the Oromahoe Tribal Committee Area, hereinbefore described, to the south-western corner of Wahi Tapu; thence north-easterly along a right line to the north-western corner of Old Land Claim 27, the point of commencement.
Kerikeri Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1, Manginangina, in Block XV, Kaeo Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along the boundary of the Eastern Kaikohe Tribal District to the north-eastern corner of Section 3, Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District; thence easterly generally along a right line to Trig. Station G, in Block VIII, Kerikeri Survey District, and a right line to Poraenui Point; thence along a line to the north-western corner of Old Land Claim 27, so as to include Moturoa and adjacent islands; thence south-westerly along a right line to the south-western corner of Wahi Tapu, in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 13, Block IV, Omapere Survey District; thence south-westerly along a right line to Trig. Te Tii-Mangonui Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 3, Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along the south-eastern boundaries of Old Land Claim 19, and the right bank of the Takou River to the sea-coast; thence easterly and southerly generally along the sea-coast to Poraenui Point, and including adjacent islands; thence westerly along a right line to Trig. Station G, in Block VIII, Kerikeri Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 3, Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District, the point of commencement.
Okaihau Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1, Manginangina, in Block XV, Kaeo Survey District; thence south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station H, in Block IV, Omapere Survey District; thence south-westerly along a right line in the direction of Trig. Station C, Putahi, to the north-eastern shore of Omapere Lake, being a point on the boundary of the Eastern Kaikohe Tribal District; thence westerly, northerly, north-westerly, and north-easterly generally along the boundary of that district to Trig. Station 1, Manginangina, the point of commencement.

Rawhiti Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea-coast in Block VIII, Russell Survey District, being the eastern end of the northern boundary of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4f Block; thence westerly along that boundary and southerly along the western boundary of that block to the northern corner of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4g Block; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of that block to the north-eastern boundary of Tutaematai Block; thence north-westerly along that boundary to Trig. Station 24A, Ngaiotonga; thence westerly along a right line to Opua Wharf; thence north-westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Block IV, Russell Survey District; thence north-easterly along a line to Howe Point, so as to exclude Moturoa and adjacent islands; thence easterly along a line to Motukokako on Piercy Island; thence southerly along a line, so as to include adjacent islands, to a point on the sea-coast, being the eastern end of the northern boundary of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4f Block, the point of commencement.
Waikare Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 24A, Ngaiotonga, in Block VIII, Russell Survey District; thence southerly generally along the western boundary of Tutaematai Block, the western boundaries of Sections 6 and 5, Block XII, Russell Survey District, and the western boundaries of Waikokopu and Punaruku Blocks, to Trig. Station Pukemoremore; thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station 23, Otama, in Block X, Russell Survey District, and a right line to the Opua Wharf; thence easterly along a right line to Trig. Station 24A, Ngaiotonga, the point of commencement.
Karetu Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station Pukemoremore, in Block XVI, Russell Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the north-western and western boundaries of Punaruku No. 2 Block, the western and southern boundaries of Paremeta-Mokau Block, the western boundaries of Section 3, Block IV, Hukerenui Survey District, the northern boundary of Section 11, Block IV aforesaid, and its production across a public road, and the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of Section 11, Block III, Hukerenui Survey District, to the north-eastern corner of Section 10, Block III aforesaid; thence westerly along a right line to the northernmost corner of Section 1, Block I, Hukerenui Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to the eastern corner of Section 14, Suburbs of Waiomio Village, in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along the south-eastern side of the Kawakawa-Opua Railway Reserve to the Opua Wharf; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the Waikare Tribal Committee Area, hereinbefore described, to Trig. All that area bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 10, Block III, Hukerenui Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the south-eastern boundary of the Kawakawa Tribal District to the north-eastern corner of Section 5, Block XIII, Hukerenui Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 49, Block V of that district, and a right line to the northern corner of Section 1, Block I of that district; thence easterly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 10, Block III, Hukerenui Survey District, the point of commencement.
Waiomio Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the eastern corner of Section 14, Suburbs of Waiomio Village, in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District; thence south-easterly along a right line to the northern corner of Section 1, Block I of that district; thence southerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 49, Block V of that district; thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station L, in Block IV, Motatau Survey District, and a right line to Trig. Station TT, in Block III of that district; thence north-easterly along a right line to the intersection of the north side of the Whangarei-Opua Railway Reserve with the right bank of the Waiharakeke Stream, being a point on the boundary of Kawakawa Town District; thence north-easterly generally along the boundaries of Kawakawa Town District, being the right bank of the Waiharakeke Stream, the left bank of the Waiomio River, the crossing of that river near Swift’s Bridge, the north-eastern side of the Great North Road, the southern side of Bridge Road and its production across the Whangarei-Opua Railway Reserve, and the south-eastern side of that reserve to the northern corner of Section 12, Suburbs of Waiomio Village; thence continuing north-easterly along the south-eastern side of that reserve to the eastern corner of Section 14, Suburbs of Waiomio Village, the point of commencement.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station K, in Block IX, Kawakawa Survey District; thence easterly along a right line to Trig. Station Y, in Block XI, Kawakawa Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to the junction of the Whangae Road with the Oromahoe-Opua Road, in Block VIII, Kawakawa Survey District; thence easterly along a right line to the middle of the railway bridge at the mouth of the Whangae River; thence south-westerly generally along the boundaries of the Karetu and Waiomio Tribal Committee Areas, both hereinbefore described, to Trig. All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig.
